Entry: Went On A Date!!!!! Wednesday, January 28, 2009



Can you believe it??  After ten thousand years, it seems, we had a date!!!  We had so much fun!!!  We got a "babysitter", thanks so much Tudie, I appreciate you so much!!!!!  We went Saturday night to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the River Side Centroplex in Baton Rouge!  Then, we went to Monjouni's to eat dinner.  We went with some friends, Jim and Cathy.  Had a delightful evening!!  The show was spectacular!  It was awesome!  First time I ever had seen them, besides on tv.  I am so happy and still excited we went!!!!   So much fun!!!   Looking forward to the next event!!!  George and Jim both like ZZ Top.  Cathy said she will be on the lookout for tickets!!!  The only concert I have ever been to was a long time ago, Sandy and I went to see George Strait at Gilley's in Pasadena.  That was fun too!!!!  Feel like a kid again!!  Doing something different and fun, am in awe!!!

I'm glad you went. And I think you should go more often! I don't mind babysitting!

Toot and I had a tea party and colored and watched movies. It was fun.

You also look so pretty when you do your make up! I wish you'd do that more. Even though you say "I look worse when I wear make up." And I say "Well, you should wear it more often so you'll feel better about yourself."

Somehow, that made sense to me.

I think because I think you look wonderful with make up on! :D Love you!

Glad you were able to go on a date and have fun.

My husband and I have to wait until the kids are in school and even then it's a rare treat.
